Great Stick I got this stick to replace my old mess around stick, one that is a cheap stick that I am okay with just beating up, but I really like this stick and it may become my new game stick. - It was super easy to adjust to - one of the best sticks I have had at scooping GB's - The bottom of the pocket can be strung to be pretty deep, but still legal (just barely legal) which is nice for the extra control. - The only frustration is that the strings are very stiff and will take awhile to break in, but here is the thing, most people see this as being bad, but in fact it is really nice! Sticks that break in too fast also need to be restrung a lot and the netting wears out faster, but sticks that take time often last longer. The netting will not get damaged and stretched as much if you play in the rain. (I had another stick with netting like this and did not have to get new netting the entire time I had it!) A good way to break in a stick like this is too put a ball in the pocket and hold the ball in with a knife over night, just make sure the ball is centered, if it is off to the side it will create a pull to your stick. Okay for Beginners This stick is pretty lightweight, the shaft has a nice feel and design to it. I find the 'butt' falling off my stick a lot, which has caused me trouble in games. The head is alright, pretty durable. Although, when the head comes in contact with the ground, it bends a bit too much than it should. The shooting strings are clearly visible, which is nice. The sidewall is a bit wide, but expected for a stick under $80. Not great, good for beginners and novices. August 20, 2013
