Not what it says it is!
This is definitively NOT a HEAVY band, it's more like an EXTRA LIGHT, so if you are wanting a heavy resistance band DO NOT BUY THIS ONE!

JOKE!
The item description states this is a 6 inch X 6 ft' HEAVY DUTY BAND... what you get is a 5 inch x 6 ft LIGHT DUTY BAND... Cost is not worth sending back, I will just give to my 5 year old niece, should be good for her.
