The program is wonderful for beginners who are just starting to exercise with the kettlebell. The workouts are 10 - 20 minutes as you progress in your strength and endurance you must increase your number of reps using this programs. It is very straight forward, no breaks and no long speeches between sets.
The only downside is I purchased the program with a weight that was too light because I underestimated my ability to complete the workouts so I had to go to my local store and purchase a heavier kettlebell. For safety reasons, I made a good decision purchasing the lighter weight but financial purposes....not so smart.
