Rated 1 out of 5 by not very happy This gun broke on day three of owning it. I am very disappointed for a purchase costing over $100.00 that it did not last at all. September 2, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Good for a week Nice gun for a little while and i reccomend for the beginner if it is on sale. The rifle eventually stopped feeding bbs into the gun and stopped working. The pistol broke after dropped once on concrete. August 26, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great starter gun The rifle is great, very good deal. The pistol is ok the slide was a little rough, but I have a blowback 1911 so I don't is it anyway. For people who know a lot about airsoft I was wondering what kind of motor upgrades you could do. August 25, 2014

Rated 1 out of 5 by Broke 2 in 1 week Good looking gun, but 2 of them broke I. Less then 1 week. Plastic gear box, no good with full auto guns. April 29, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Not very good I got this gun for Christmas and i was happy with it. I charged it for about 4 hours and i went to test it out. It wouldn't shoot. I had to get a second one and it worked for about 3 weeks until it stopped working. The battery was charged and it was just shooting air. The magazine was full and not shooting.i do not recommend. Rated 5 out of 5 by UMAREX H&K 416 AEG The Umarex H&K 416 Airsoft Rifle is a polymer construction, metal barrel, Automatic Electric Gun. It is an officialy licensed replica of the H&K 416 assault rifle, and has the official H&K 416 emblem on the left side of the magazine well. It also features a serial number printed across the magazine release lever. This is the plastic version of the 416, and weighs a mere 3.4 pounds. Umarex also manufactures a full metal version at a significantly greater cost. The 416 is capable of firing in either semi-automatic or fully automatic, and can fire up to a stated 340 feet per second ( FPS) utilizing .12 gram .24 caliber BB's. .20 gram BB's will reduce the overall velocity by 20 automatic fire, the HK 416 produces a sustained rate of fire of 700 rounds per minute with .12 gram ammo. The weapon features a flat top upper receiver, with a molded picatinny rail that extends from the top of the charging handle. Underneath the rail on the upper receiver's left side a quality assurance number is printed by the manufacturer. The charging handle can be pulled, which in turn opens the ejection port cover to reveal the hop up adjustment. The forward assist can also be pressed forward, but has no real function. The rifle comes with a molded twelve inch quad rail system for mounting lights, vertical grips, and / or laser designators. Standard rail covers can also be used to protect the rails from damage. A set of flip up sights identical to the ones sold by the factory with the original 416 are mounted on the gun. The rear sight is adjustable for windage, and utilizes four different aperture sizes for increased distances. The forward sight post is non-adjustable, and can be flipped down for storage over the barrel by pressing down on two spring loaded buttons. The rifle has a twelve inch barrel, with the outer shroud being plastic, and the inner metal barrel being smooth bore. On either side of the barrel just below the front sight base are ambidextrous sling attachment points for attaching eagle claw sling hooks. The Crane stock is constructed of molded polymer and has dual molded cheek welds which provide adequate support to the shooter. It has five collapsible positions, and a sling swivel located at the base. The Butt pad is molded polymer as well, and is removable to access the battery compartment. The Butt plate slides downward to reveal the battery compartment and wiring harness. The battery must be charged an intial four hours with the included charger, unlesss you have a smart charger. The 416 comes complete with a metal body high capacity magazine. The resovior will hold 250 BB's, however a minimum of 40 can be loaded. Once the BB's are loaded, the magazine must be inserted into the weapon prior to winding the tension wheel on the base of the magazine. The instruction manual recommends winding the wheel 100-150 times before use. Though I have seen this gun sell individually, mine came in a blister package with a spring powered replica of the H&K MK23, .45 caliber USSOCOM pistol. It too, is constructed of polymer, with a removable magazine that contains a metal weight for realism. First let me say that yes this gun is lightweight, it is plastic, and that is it's only drawback. If you can afford the full metal version, then by all means get it. I couldn't, and got this one. Right out of the packaging, this rifle was dead on accurate. I began by firing semi auto, single shots and controlled pairs. The plastic gears sound differently than their metal counterparts, but they still get the job done. This gun was accurate indoors from twelve to fourteen feet away using .12 gram Black Ops glow in the dark ammo. That's right folks: the cheap stuff. Outdoors, it was still dead on at forty feet. With Crosman .20 precision ammo, sixty feet was possible.. It isn't as fast as a rifle with a metal gear box, but I find that this rifle would perform best in a CQB environment, a skirmish, or for tactical training in your back yard like I do. It's fun to shoot, and I'm hooked on it. March 18, 2014
