Very nice crossbow for the money and as entry level shooter. The only draw back is you can only use the rope cocking system. Even thou it works great at about have the draw weight, it would be nicer to be able to but a crankStyle ccocking device. Checking with 10 point one is not available for this crossbow. Mybe someday. :)

Great bow for the money. I did not like the red dot scope so I replaced it with a Nikon. Took an elk with it in Wyoming at forty yards. Very accurate, perfect heart shot.

I already had an older crossbow with a good scope, arrows and a cocking rope. I was looking to upgrade but I didn't want to pay for things I already own. With the WR Warrior Standard package I got a bare bones, fast, high end crossbow without all the fluff. It shoots great and is WAY faster than my old Horton. It is very accurate and consistent. If you don't already have all of the accessories you should probably look at the next model up. It comes with a scope and a built in, retractable cocking rope.

Rated 5 out of 5 by woodworker50 I am totally impressed with this crossbow
about a month ago my father bought himself a new crossbow which I have had the pleasure of sighting in and taking a couple deer with already. I had been using an older model and different brand. Absolutely no comparison in any way. I am looking forward to the next squeeze of the trigger and hopefully another nice deer at the end of the blood trail!

First off, this bow is made by Ten Point. You will never go wrong with them. This is the "low end" market they are trying for without the typical "low end" junk you might see from other companies. I like to say it's the less expensive products they sell. I was impressed right out of the box. I do not like the "red dot" site that come with the model I purchased, given the chance again, I would opt for the one with the 3x crossbow scope. But that being said the site was almost dead on at 20 yards without any adjustment at all! One click and it was dead on at 20, 30 and only about an inch low at 40 yards. Windage was dead on out of the box. It could be quieter, but this is a 300fps crossbow by Ten Point for less than 400 bucks so I'll live with it. Was able to group bolts at 2 inches or less at 20 and 30 yards within a few min after getting used to the optic. I even split an arrow on the second volley of shots that afternoon and I am not at all experienced with crossbows. If you can shoot a rifle you can shoot this thing. It does not come with bolts, or a cocking rope, but like I said for less than $400 it's still a great deal. With the money you save over the other guys, buy you a box of high end arrows (bolts) a sling, field points, and broad heads and you have a nice Deer Slayer for the upcoming bow season.
