STAY AWAY. The directions (as stated by others) are poor at best. The quality of the product is very poor. The plastic net posts broke during set up and the net was way off center (had to improvise on one end of the net because it was too short for a tensioner). I am surprised that Dicks would have this product on its shelves. Save your money and buy a $39 set...its the same quality.

Rated 3 out of 5 by brett only good if you want it up all yearand are very serious about volleyball/badminton
A pain to set up, vague directions. Extremely long net. We purchased it mainly for badminton but it takes so long to set up and take down that unless you want it up all the time it is not worth it. Also the directions are very vague with missing steps. The net is so long that you really need a huge yard to even attempt to set it up on. It is high quality so if you want it up all the time and have plenty of room then it is probably the set for you. Otherwise go for a more reasonably priced option

Rated 1 out of 5 by Rich Poor Product - Low Quality
Bought Product for 4th of July backyard picnic. Ground stakes used for outside net pipes both snapped during setup. Bolts, nuts and ropes not included with package.
Unable to find receipt or would have returned it. Would have been nice to have for holiday.
Very Unsatisfied !

Two racketts broke (the bond between the face and the handle) within 30 min. The net is nice, unfortunatly the rackets are not. We have 25 year old rackets that havent broken as these have.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Chris Poor quality and instructions
The product came with poor instructions and left out some key steps in how to assemble the net. The instructions tell you NOT to use a hammer when putting in the stakes in the ground. Unfortunately, it is virtually impossible to drive the stakes into the ground without a hammer. They are all plastic and bend when putting any pressure on them. The stakes for balancing the net are also plastic and broke when I was trying to position the poles over each pole. I paid $90 for a volleyball/bad mitten game that I have never used because half the stakes are either broken or are bent. I don't understand why the manufacturer didn't make the stakes out of metal. I'm sure most people would be willing to pay a few dollars more for something that actually worked. Disgraceful .

It is not worth money. I bought the set yesterday and I will return it tomorrow. Some of pieces are either broken or missing.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Susan24 Poor Quality at a High Price
I was so disappointed with this purchase! I purposely bought the more expensive model of the volleyball/badminton set. Almost everything broke!! It began when the air pump broke within the first minute of using it. Then when we began putting up the poles and the rest of the set, the plastic cylinders that give structure to the net broke! If that weren't enough, the black rubber hooking the "s" hooks to the poles and net broke. Poor quality does not equal customer satisfaction!

We purchased this product for around $100. In my opinion it wasn't cheap. We got it home and the poles were broken. We exchanged it for another and that one was missing pieces.

Upon opening the box we found the pump was cracked and broken. One of the racquets was bent and very cheaply made. On a good note.. The net was very easy to ensemble.
