Great features if your working for better health.
The Homedics Health Station has been a real boost for keeping track of where I'm heading in my search for better health. I somewhat recently started to work on getting this year off to a better beginning of improving my health. My goal is to lose a little weight and also decrease body fat to a more acceptable level. This great product keeps track of no only my weight but by using the programing feature, I also keep track of the % of body fat. It's been an encouragement to see not only the pounds to slip away but also to see my overall health improve by reducing body fat to a more acceptable level.
