Rated 1 out of 5 by Not commercial grade Purchased this unit in March 2016. Used it for about two months and then stored it in our garage until recently. Erected it again in late Oct. In Nov a storm blew through the area so we dismantled the corners [as in the Spring] to relieve pressure. The Gazebo cover ripped like an old worn sheet! The metal structure is of decent strength but the canvas cover is too thin and cheaply constructed. Don't waste your money on this unit. December 2, 2016
Rated 2 out of 5 by Be careful in the sand Great unit but the plastic sleeves will get jammed with sand and the legs will become stuck. I ruined ours by trying to get it working. First the metal tabs at the base of the legs bent real bad and eventually broke off while stepping on the tab trying to pull the leg up to extend the height. I was able to break two of the four plastic sleeves off the legs so the legs could move more freely and not jam with sand (letting out the extra sand) but I could never remove the internal plastic out from the other legs as they were just too tight. I had to totally destroy one of the legs to get it down by priying with a pair of pliers a hammer and a flat head screwdriver to bend the steel, inserting a smaller screwdriver and hammering that to extend the leg with each hit of the hammer...we just ended up tossing it in the trash after folding it back up into its nice bag...buy a QUEST..its legs are more of a hammered finish or a knurled powder coat so they tend to not hold sand as well...tap with a screwdriver to remove excess sand as it will just fall out... Rated 4 out of 5 by Good Canopy. Buy warrenty Overall I've been happy with this canopy. Much more sturdy that others when camping with a group. I did purchase the warranty and I suggest everyone do that with any canopy. My first one broke within the year replacement plan. Took it back to Dicks and walked out with a brand new canopy and bag. No hassle. Second one lasted 2.5 years and finally broke. It's been through plenty of trips and festivals and survived some serious conditions. Finally broke while a friend was borrowing it. Found pieces online and it's good to go again. Get the plan, and get a new canopy when mother natures decides to tear this thing up. It will happen. Only complaint is it's too tall. Had to drill a different set of holes to set the height but no big deal. November 19, 2016

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great value We have a 10 x 10 Quest Tent and needed a 2nd one. This new one was much larger. It is still a 10 x 10 but much taller! We really like it. We are, however, looking for the screen sides that fit this new tent. August 9, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by Not impressed; broke in a light breeze I bought this tent to replace a 10x10 Coleman pop-up that blew over and was destroyed in a windstorm last year. I liked how this one declared it was "heavy duty commercial grade" so I assumed it would hold up better than the Coleman. It lasted only a few times before a moderate breeze (15mph or so) twisted it so bad that one of the strusses snapped. In retrospect, I can't say I am surprised. My first impression upon removing it from the box was not favorable; the frame looks and feels cheap and flimsy and did not instill confidence in its durability. Furthermore, it is only easy to set up if you have four people, one manning each leg. With any less, it is an exercise in futility and frustration. Also, the carrying strap on the bag broke as I was wheeling the tent half a mile from my car last month, which required me to basically heft it up on my shoulder for most of the journey. I feel this could be a decent product if it shipped with lines you could stake down in addition to staking the legs; that would offer more security against being blown around like a kite, but the frame itself would still be cheaply made. For the money, I expected way more from this. June 14, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Kept us dry Easy to set up and kept us dry in some pretty wet weather in the Washington coast. We put it over our two person tent and had room to sit under it also. Look forward to using it just for shade next time. June 8, 2016
Rated 3 out of 5 by Commercial canopy it works great in good weather, But if it rains you have to keep pushing the build up of rain off the sides. the rain doesn't run off like it should it doesn't have r corner to center rods if I was to do it over again I would have gotten the slandered 10x10 straight legged canopy but the sidewalls said to use them with the commercial one I don't think it really matters . Rated 4 out of 5 by So far so good I've been buying Quest canopies for years and this is the best that I have owned. If you have it out in windy conditions you will need to weigh the legs down. I purchased in store and there was no damage to the legs frame or tent itself. There are much better canopies out there for $250 and up. This is the best Quest has that I have seen. May 8, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by good for the price I use this for a craft show. It seems sturdy compared to the people next to me, whose new canopy's supports were buckling. Only thing I didn't like was that this one was way taller that I was expecting. There isn't a way to adjust it to be slightly lower. May 1, 2016
