Poor design
I liked how the overhang gave more shade but if there was the tiniest bit of wind the arms would flip up and the canopy would come off the frame. The are needed to lock down or have a strap to hold them in place.

Canopy Purchase
The canopy was very easy to put together and very durable and I like the overhang that this product feature has which provides more shade and is very easy to take down.

This product was very poorly designed
We returned this product almost immediately. In even a small breeze the canopy blows right off. No velcro in the design to hold it secure. Needs re-designing.

Weak
Can not take any wind. We had this thing tethered down in 8 different places and it was still unstable. After two days we put it back in it's box in the garage.

Good Concept, Poor Design
We have a small 10' x 12' deck and purchased a 11' x11' canopy with the 8' foot print. This would fit between the railings and overhang them on 3 sides perfict in theroy, but the design of this canopy was not good. Had it all up and anchored to the deck, first wind and it folded up. Poor design ! The arms that extend out to make the over hang do not lock into potion and there are not enough velcrow tabs to hook the canopy cover to the frame. Only 4 to hold it to the upper most supports nothing along the frame sides. One good gust of wind and the arms that extend out at the four corners fold up and the cover if flying in the wind. I dont think they tested this very well before putting it out for market.
We exchanged it for a standard 8' x 10' canopy that we have used before and the quality is muck better. Dick's was very easy to work with on the exchange no problem. Told the Customer Service person about the problem, may be it will get passed on to some one. Like I say the concept is good just needs improving.
