Customer service was great!
The product ran way too small. I originally purchased it at the Walden store. When we realized it ran small, I returned it to the Amherst store and was pleasantly surprised to find that they would reorder it online right there in the store and to top it off charge no shipping. This happened twice because like I said it ran very small. The service was terrific and they didn't complain or ask a lot of unimportant questions. It was quick and I received it last week. All is good and my son loves it! Thank you to the service employees at Dicks!
