Rated 3 out of 5 by If you are not Joe Mauer.... You will break this bat. Great looking, appears to be a great value, but one miss hit and she'll break. Three different, and pretty good hitters on my team purchased this bat for practice. All of them are now broken. I really had high hopes for this to be a nice practice bat, but it didn't pan out. Be sure to review the Rawlings warranty before purchasing..it is not covered at all. March 19, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Don't buy it Bought this bat this afternoon, and by my son's third at bat in this evening's practice, it was broken. No warranty, no recourse. Will not buy again. August 18, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Weak. I thought I was getting a steal for 35$, wrong. I should have known by how light it was and not solid it is. I took it out for practice, broke with like 25 hits. It did have some pop though, got some good rips. Definitely wouldn't be a good choice for a bat you would like to use everyday. June 4, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Weak! Bought it just for practices and after 2 soft tosses and about 4 decent hits in BP, the bat snapped in two. Save your $ and use it towards a higher end bat May 24, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good bat, good price I bought this bat before reading all the negative reviews and I'm pretty glad I did. First I haven't swung a full size bat in years so I wasn't going to put out any kind of serious money, so the price is the first thing that caught my eye. I've mostly been using it for BP off the tee or soft toss and this bat has great pop and a decent sized sweet spot. This bat does exactly what I need it to do and stood up great after 1000+ BP hits. It's a great first bat for us getting back into the game and don't want to shell out the big bucks, but if you're a serious player buying it for a main bat then you get what you pay for. Rated 5 out of 5 by Great bat I am trying to get my son used to hitting with a wood bat. No more aluminum bats!! My son loves this bat and he is already making great connection with the ball. June 17, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by W. O. W. My kid hit his first 3 home runs with this bat!!! He doesn't want to use any other bat now ;) June 17, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Good bat for being ash wood. I purchased this one to replace another bat that I had shattered (different brand). Grabbed this one with price and quality in mind. Im normally only in the cages with this one. Its held up so far for a few trips to the cages. No vibrations that I have noticed at all, seems to have a good solid hit on a good connection. Rated 4 out of 5 by balance Excellent balance throughout the bat. Good for teenager rec league May 1, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great mid-range bat A little heavier than the usual Ash bat, but the weight is in the sweet spot, feels great in my hands and sounds great in contact April 16, 2014
