Weak bat Purchased the bat and it broke on the first pitch. Extremely disappointing. October 1, 2014
Use Caution!!!! I have used VELO bats for the last year (High School and Travel ball) and love the bat, however, if I had to do it over again I would stick to the VELO composite or maple bats, I used this particular bat 6 at bats, went 4-5 in the first game of a doubleheader, on my first bat in the second game I hit one slightly off of the sweet spot and the bat cracked at the handle, unsure of the warranty on a ash bat I sawed it off and made it my one-hand bat for cage work. Ok for a good hitter, not so good if you are just starting out on wood bats. July 23, 2014
Bought as gift At first my 14yr old was skeptical, even though it seemed very close to his old bat. After one cage session, total satisfaction. July 22, 2014
Broke after 3 Games using it This bat is not worth $50.00 - we have had them break quickly on 2 occasions July 8, 2014
Worst bat Broke first swing. Must've been a bad piece of wood. June 25, 2014
Light and Strong My son participated in his first wood bat tournament with this bat. First pitch he hit a lazer to left field. He had a great tournament and several of the other kids began to use his bat since he was hitting well with it. June 17, 2014
Trash Don't buy this bat. I bought it today had bp off of maybe 60 mph pitching first swing hit dead on the barrel and the bat cracked right in half. Wasted $50 it's like taking a twig you find in the woods and trying to hit a baseball. Light weight is nice but I swear it's like hitting a baseball with a plastic bat. April 27, 2014
Got the bat I got the bat for autographs of our local minor league baseball team players and coaches, not to use for batting. So it was perfect for itl April 24, 2014
Poor purchase The bat broke on the first swing. That's all that needs to be said. April 1, 2014
Very Good Bat!!!! Stop Whatever You're Doing Right Now And Go Buy This Bat!!!!!! I am 14 years old and I have been hitting with 2 $399.99 BBCORs for about 2 years now and they suprisingly haven't been doing anything special for me, so I decided to try wood for my 2014 season just for kicks. It took a few days of tee work to get used to the bat, but once I got used to it, I started RIPPING the baseball (to all fields too). I went from occasionally hitting 270 ft. to launching the ball nearly 300 ft. consistently (I have only used this bat in practice so far, but the next chance I get to use it in a game, I will). Just yesterday during batting practice, I was hitting further than all of my teammates who each had bats that were -5 plus (up to -10). This bat is light with a moderate end load and can be used to get line drive base hits or to send a ball into orbit. I HIGHLY recommend this bat. April 1, 2014
