Great Skates! True Size Fit! Great Skates. Ready for roller hockey June 27, 2014
Excellent skates I did a lot of review research, and even though these are last years model, I kept coming back to them because of the surprisingly consistent reviews ( a years worth of reviews) about how comfortable they were. I tried on The Bladerunner Pro version, crimped heel in one skate as someone else had reported. Tried on the Zetrablades, and by mixing and matching between two pairs, found a set that was not too bad on hot-spots and binding, but still wasn't comfortable. Also the store was out of the pad set I wanted.... NOT doing this without pads. (if you need them only once in your life, they've paid for themselves). So I took a big chance, and ordered these online. Shoe Size 9.5, so I ordered a 10. Right out of the box they fit like a new pair of hiking boots with a comfortable liner, a stiffer sole and softer lower foot, over a basic pair of cotton crew-length tube sox. Did a few passes on the carpet, and have only just taken them out for a 20 minute test run in a nearby parking lot (smoothest pavement I could find close by). I'm 49 years old, 210 pounds, haven't been blading in 20 years, and was anything but graceful at the start. Back then roller blades were more like ski boots. After 20 minutes of "break-in", and by that I mean myself more than these skates, I was doing pretty well again and Ill be ready for extended trips on the bike path. Not a single hot-spot, nor pinch. They roll smooth and swift. In a nut shell, if these are "entry level" skates, I can't imagine what high-end skates would be like. I thought the Zetrablade was just this years version of these older spiritblades, but there was truly a difference in comfort for me. Add this to the 50 or so other reviews confirming the comfort and quality of the Spiritblade. ZERO disappointments, or compromises. June 15, 2014
Intermediate skills required I bought these blades after in line skating 10 years back. The idea just intrigued me as I've always loved skating. After receiving the pair I noticed the bearings on the blades move fairly quick so I would not recommend it to someone who lives near slopes or hills, cause you will go down fast! All in all these wheels are made for smooth pavement. Not the center of the road cause you will feel the rumble through legs. Good fit true to size and comfy. Good buy for it's price! June 3, 2014
Excellent Product! These rollerblade were a replacement from an older model and they are impressive. The technology has improved considerably. I love the fact that there are 3 different sections to the tightening of the rollerblades on your foot: 1) Great laces, 2: a Velcro strap that goes along the base of the foot above the laces, and 3) the amazing locking mechanism that allows you to have the skate be as tight on the ankle as you please. The boot inside the skate is also much better quality that earlier models. Before when taking off the skate the boot would always get pulled out. With these rollerblades that is not even a consideration. I have to admit that I was not ready for the speed of these new rollerblades. The wheels move so freely and the skate allows you to pick up speed quickly. So there is an adjustment period from the older model. These are great skates, high quality at a wonderful price. They are everything you expect from the name Rollerblade! June 2, 2014
Great purchase I purchased my rollerblade mostly for recreational exercise reasons, I have only had them about 2 weeks, but have used them about 6 times. I have rollerbladed about 5 miles each time, and find them to be very comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great rollerblade at a fair price. April 16, 2014
Great value Only $100, very high quality, nice looking, comfy! April 1, 2014
Last Long I use these inline skates as outdoor skates and so far they have lasted me a year and a half to two years. Just keep them inside when you are not using them. The only thing that you would need to do is replace the wheels when they have worn down. April 1, 2014
Great product I'm really satisfied for the product! The shipping is fast and it's great. March 27, 2014
Smooth ride Great Skates! I've had these for over a month and usually skate for 5 Hrs at a time every weekend with friends at our local skating rink. I also use them lightly everyday at home and have zero complaints! Comfortable, durable, well designed and a smooth ride. March 4, 2014
Just what I wanted! I bought these Rollerblades over a month ago, and am very pleased. They are better than the pair (Bladerunner) I used for 3 years. I skate 15-20 miles a week on asphalt trails along the canals in Phoenix, and the 80mm 82A wheels perform very well. Softer wheels don't last long. The brake has caught only one pebble so far, which is better than the previous Bladerunners, so I have left it on the skate. March 4, 2014
