Rated 5 out of 5 by Exile Best Crossfit Rope design on the market I have tried almost every variation of speed rope or crossfit rope, and this is by far the most reliable design for professionals. This rope is the quickest rotation rope out there. It has bearings and swivels for multidirectional trickery, for those who get fancy. Posture is still essential with elbows tucked in to insure the fluidity of rotation. This is a lag free cable, plus the swivel and bearing system insures your coordination and timiming is not interrupted. Before Dick's received this patent the only place that carried this product is Rogue Fitness, at a price of $34.00 RX Rope. The cable is replaceable at different diameters and length. Rogue Fitness sells replacement cables for 10$, if not available at Dicks. So never worry about replacing your entire rope. This is the best functional rope design out there truthfully, without gimmick. I train 1 hour sessions at rates rarely reached. Watch out Buddy Lee, Exile's coming!!!! January 30, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by person01 Awesome rope for crossfit!! If been doing crossfit for a while now and have been wanting my own rope, I would always borrow my coachs bc the gyms ropes were too short! ( Im 5'9) His rope was from Rouge and was pricy ($50). I knew a quality rope wouldnt be cheap until I found this one! This rope is honestly just as good as any of the Rouge ones. It has the same feel, look and quality. It does get all caught up like other ropes do while doing double unders it works so well when turning!! I highly recommend this product! March 1, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Angi Better than average I'm a 5'6" woman and this rope is just a bit too long. It has a good turning weight. The only thing I don't like is the clicking sound the handles make on every turn. February 12, 2014

Rated 1 out of 5 by aaron New design = poor rotation The cables have been redesigned and exit directly out of the handles. Not at a right angle like the old style. If you can find the old style cable that has small loops that connect to the bearings, get it. If the cable is one piece and 'exits' the handle in a straight line, pass on it. I have 3 of these. One of the old ones and 2 new designs. The new ones either kink the cable at the handles or you have to kink them. But, once jump rope cables are kinked, they are indexed and don't spin freely when doing anything like cross overs, matadors or direction changes. Hope that makes sense. June 23, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Chris123 Great Rope, but short life span One of the best jump ropes I've used. Easy rotation, comfortable grips, perfect for long cardio sessions. The downside is that it breaks apart at the point of impact where the rope touches the ground. I jump on a mix of impact pads to concreate (depending on what's available). I estimate that on concrete/brick/asphalt, the rope has about 22k rotation in it before it splits. When it does split, the plastic coating goes first followed by fraying of the cable which eventually starts to split and eventually completely separates. The exposed cable can cut you if you're not careful. That being said, again this is my most favorite rope and I'm about to order my 6th one. April 21, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by scott72 Great when I got it but not as good as it got older So I have had teh rope for Six months, the rope was great when I got it but over time , it has been disappointing , First the rope keep popping out of the Handle on both ends ( lost time during the open because of it popping out in the middle of the WOD) had to put electric tape on the ends to hold it in place. the wire seems have memory and holding a shape when jumping. going to be buying a speed rope next. Rated 1 out of 5 by NPTICPT Poor quality! After just 2-weeks of using this jump rope, the handle broke off. Just returned it today. March 2, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by george solid rope The rope has a nice feel, unlike the very thin wire jump ropes. The handles have a nice shape to provide a better grip. The swivels and enclosed bearing construction allow very fast rotations. The only issue I have is that the plastic coating on the wire came off after about three weeks causing a slight kink in that area that become bare wire. April 18, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Wattage Great Rope Great jump rope but after a lot of use the covering will wear out and leave sharp wire shards. Besides that, it has a great feel, perfect weight and is the favorite jump rope I've used. February 23, 2015
