convenient for travel and working out in small spaces. I didn't realize that you need extra pieces to hook it to the door jam in order to do more than half of the suggested exercises in the little book. I am not quite strong enough to do arm exercises with the 40-80 lb band, and I lift weights often. I read in a magazine that if you are comfortable weigh weights over 8 lbs (which I am) you should try for 3/4" band to 1" band, but I should have ordered the thinner one. I haven't gotten any use out of this purchase.
