They are both great.
They are both well built. The L.E.D. Is bright for it's size. They have both held up well in my pocket.

Fantastic tool, OK flashlight
I saw this hanging on the shelf for the same price as the multi-tool alone, and I had to get it. I'll talk about the two pieces separately.
I carry the Style CS as a complement to my Skeletool, and it's perfect in that roll. It replaced a Micra in that roll, and is better in pretty much every way. The scissors are fantastic, I really like the nail file, it has the texture of an emery board rather than an actual file. The tip of the file is also great for eyeglass screws, a real plus when you carry and wear two pair of glasses. The bottle opener works okay, but I'd rather use my Skeletool for opening bottles since it's bigger and has more leverage, but as a key clip it works great. It clips on and off a keyring quickly and easily, leaving you with full use of the tool. The tweezers are very precise and will come in handy in event of splinters. The knife blade came pretty sharp out of the package, and I was easily able to make it razor sharp with a few swipes on the whetstone and strop. It really does pair with the Skeletool very well, and is very usable in it's own right.
The Led Lenser K1 is OK, and that's about it. It puts out a very bright light with a pronounced purple hue. When using the light outdoors in the dark, it's not as noticeable. It's very light in weight, lighter than any other keychain light I've handled. The barrel seems to be made of aluminum, but the tail cap is plastic. I'm concerned about the threads wearing out. It uses 4 little button batteries, so I'm concerned about this light being expensive to operate. Finally, the twist-on mechanism is fairly stiff and difficult to use with one hand. I was really expecting more from the K1, but it's at least as good as any other realistic keychain light, and it's one of the brightest.
It's a great package overall. The flashlight makes a great free bonus to include with the Leatherman. If you're looking for a Style CS, I highly recommend this combo deal.
