Rated 5 out of 5 by Beautiful Irons. Longer and Forgiving. Got these to replace my Ping G10's. I've been playing about 2 years and average 93. Always was nervous about Mizunos because of those MP's. But these JPX 825 are cavity backed and hit longer than most cavity back. The soft face gives a great feel on hits... even ones that aren't pure. Definitely a thinner bottom than some cavities so takes some getting used to. Like i said i'm a 20+ handicap but these are a great club for that kind of player. Clubs are absolutely beautiful. From the face at address to pulling them from the bag. I got fitted and i like these better than the Taylormade or Ping cavities i tested. Highly recommend. I got a 4 hybrid to gap wedge set. Not quite comfortable hitting a 4 iron so the 4 hybrid was a great choice. Only complaint is that the face is so soft, which is great for stopping the ball on the green, can get nicked up easy. So use your 56 in the bunkers and don't use a nicked up ball cuz it could leave a mark. February 14, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Simply amazing!! Let me start off by saying that I pretty much started golfing and taking some lessons a year ago. I am about equivalent to a 20-25 handicap. I was hitting the Diablo Edge irons until last week. While the Diablos are truly forgiving and had decent distance, they completely lacked feel. I didn't exactly know what this meant until I hit the JPX 825's. What a difference! I can distinctly tell where on the face I am impacting, but the forgiveness is still there! I am actually hitting these irons much straighter, about 10-15 yds farther, and far more consistently. I could not be more thrilled. On top of that, these sticks look amazing! The pics do not do them justice. They simply look fantastic for a GI club. I will playing with these irons for many years to come. May 20, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Soft and Buttery I am a 16 handicap who recently purchased a 7-wood out of frustration with my iron play. I replaced my old 15-year old Mizuno's with these JPX 825's and I am very pleased thus far. Very forgiving even on mis-hits. Very nice feel at contact. I will say the higher irons are very easy to hit and I have found the lower ones (4, 5) to be much longer than those they replaced. I think these are a good safe choice. I tested them against Titlest AP1 and Ping G2. June 13, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best ever I'm am a high handicap golfer and have struggled with distance from other clubs. I have played tm rbz, ping i15, Nike sq machspeed and these jpx 825 have out hit them by more than 15-20yds. The feel is great and makes me have more confidents standing over the ball. If your looking for that magic club this is it, would recommend to anyone wanting to play better and have some of the best looking clubs ever. May 23, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Typical excellent Mizuno quality. My first set of Mizuno irons were the "Grads," and I have used three more sets since then. I tried two other brands, but I have come back to Mizuno to stay!! May 9, 2013
