Inov-8 F-LITE 230 Training Shoe 4.7 5 3 3
Comfortable lightweight support Great shoes. Super light but still enough support for lifting and plyo exercises. A little pricey and the logo has a red tinge that differs between the shoes but none of that affects performance. March 13, 2013
Inov 8 flite 230 Very light. Good support. Wish it had a higher arch. January 28, 2013
Awesome shoe I just got into crossfit and i needed a shoe that was a good running shoe plus stable enough for weight lifting. The soles provide enough cushioning and support for running but keep my feet planted and stable during dead lifts, squats and cleans. Make sure that you are not a heel striker when you run or you may need more support for running. December 11, 2012
