Perfect shoes for Crossfit!
I finally got off the bands and can do pull-ups back to back. This was my goal before I could get a pair of proper lifting shoes. I spent the past 3 months Crossfitting in my trusty Asics running shoes and just switched over to these Nanos 3 weeks ago. I absolutley notice a difference in my stability and precision on my techniques from making the change, not to mention they are super bright and fun and now I actually fit in at my gym. They are very true to size but I suggest getting them fit at the store before purchasing. I definately recommend these if you are thinking about a Crossfit shoe.

This product is very comfortable and has great features. It feels very light in my feet and that's excellent during my group work out sessions especially in my Zumba and Kickboxing classes.

Loved the shoe, but not right for me.
I was purchasing this shoe for CrossFit. The flat sole & toe protection would be great for lifting, box jumps, burpees, etc. The toe box gave plenty of room for movement (in a good way). However, the shoe fits a little short for the size. I normally wear a size 9 athletic shoe and I had a few toes hitting the end of this shoe. With the protective toe design, there was no room for give. Unfortunately, the 9 1/2 is too big.
Also note there is really no arch support, so this may not be a good shoe for those of us with a plantar fasciitis history. I developed plantar fasciitis after using a minimalist type shoe for CrossFit.
