Comfortable out of the box
Bought this boot after spending day one of a two day festival in pounding rain and mud.
Was surprised at the comfort on the first day of wearing. Have not worn them long enough to give long term review but they are very comfortable without a break-in period and 100% waterproof. Day two in the mud and rain was much more comfortable and feet remained quite dry. Seems to be a good value for a boot under $100.00

These are awesome boots
I bought these as my first pair of hiking boots since retiring my old military boots.
These boots are comfortable, sturdy, and don't require any breaking-in period.
I was walking around in the woods, and encountered some wetlands. I thought the mud ahead would be ankle deep. I stepped forward, and found myself in thick, sloppy mud up past my knees. I had to take several deep steps to get back out, and continued on dryer land. When I took these boots off three hours later, my feet were perfectly dry, and completely clean. My socks didn't get muddy either!
In other words, these boots definitely live up to the Waterproof label. Proof that you don't need to spend hundreds for quality footwear.
I only rated four stars, because I haven't been wearing these boots for long. After I take them out a few more times, I may bump this up to five stars.

Very Comfortable
I took them out of the box today and put them on, so far so good! Very comfortable and hoping that they last like my other Timberland boots that I have purchased in the past.

Awesome
Beautiful boot with functionality built in. No break in time, support where you need it, and all the features I was looking for in a boot. Love them!

expected dryer inside
the shoe is very comfortable but I should have found a gore-tex model as I had used before. no problem with water proof gore tex and sweating feet. My mistake.

Good Boots
I was looking for good boots for a relatively lower cost. I found them. These are the comfortable, waterproof, good quality boots I wanted. Timberland quality is well known and these boots don't disappoint. The packaging is also "green".

Great Boot
The boot is made very well and is comfortable.
Very warm even though it is not an insulated boot.

Heel Seam ruined this boot
Initial fit on this boot was great and it looked to be a good durable boot. Unfortunately, there is a pronounced seam around the heel in the back of the boot. Within the first mile of walking I could already feel a blister starting.
Not sure how this got past QC into production, but I really think they are going to need to amend that part of the design because most people will have a problem with it.
I've been having trouble finding a good, comfortable, waterproof hiking boot. I was so happy with the initial fit that it really turned in a HUGE disappointment when the heel seam made these unwearable for me.

Super comfortable
These boots are bar none the most comfortable boots I have found for working in. There is a lot of cushion between your feet and the ground. I tried these on at the store but they didn't have my correct size. I ordered them online and they arrived pretty quick. Cant say anything about the durability or waterproof yet but I still recommend them.
