I am using the 70lb power block weights on it. My biggest concern was its stability. I have been using it for a couple weeks now and am impressed with its strength and stability. Its a real pleasure to not have to adjust or pick the weights up from the floor.

I purchased this product for my son for his birthday. He is so pleased with it. Every time he works out he tells me how much he loves it. Looks can be deceiving -- the stand is very sturdy. He really likes having the Power Blocks elevated and at an angle because it makes it so much more convenient to pick up and put down and change the weights. We've had Power Blocks for several years and have never had a stand. This was a very wise purchase. I would recommend this to everyone who uses the Power Blocks.

Rated 4 out of 5 by patnshan Decent compact stand
I bought this stand to use with my new Powerblock U-90 dumbbell set. I wanted something easily movable and compact, not the big tower stands they had at the fitness store. This seemed to fit the bill.
The stand is sturdy when open, but be careful that it is completely open before you put your dumbbells on it. The reason is that it has a scissors action, like an old TV tray from back in the day. It's fine, but I could see a problem if its not completely open as there is no locking mechanism to ensure it stays open. With that being said, I've had no issues and it stays open just fine when the weights are on it.
The trays are larger than needed for my 50 lb set, which suggests it will handle an expansion set or two which I intend to add in the future. It comes with nonslip stickers to apply to the metal yourself, which help a bit.
Overall, I would recommend this stand if you intend to move it and don't want something as obtrusive as the tower stands.

Rated 5 out of 5 by pajb Great stand, Great quality
This powerblock stand is a great value for the price and quality. It puts the powerblocks at the right height and anglebso you aren't lifting from the floor. It says 180lb max (2 90lb power blocks) but it seems sturdy enough to except the 130lb power blocks but they would hang off the back edge of the stand a little. Would definitely recommend this over the higher priced flashy stands.
