Great company - Product mmm...
Ok, first time out one of the paddles broke where the handle meets the head. So I called the manufacturer. Tom @ PickleballNow was totally cool. he asked me to send a picture of the broken paddle. Turns out what I bought new at Dick's is an old style they don't make anymore. The company FedExed the newer version, no cost to me.
So the product was not great, but the company stood behind it 100% and had great customer service. Dick's should pull their old stock off the shelf.
