Uncomfortable, flimsy, and no support! If I would have tried them on in a store I wouldn't have bought them, but I purchased them online with higher expectations.

This was one in maybe four, non running shoes at one of the stores near me. The other store had zero. Seriously guys? Get some variety. Anyway, these fit well in my normal size, and have good pivot support. These are very hard shoes though, even after two weeks of daily workouts. I don't feel a lot of cushion. And they don't have a lot of give, which is good for support but they just feel very plastic like. I haven't put in a custom insole, but I think that will be the only solution. Not sure if I can still take them back, but they weren't expensive anyway so they're alright as a back up.

I haven't purchased a cross training shoe in 5 years. After a month and a half of nagging from my CrossFit coach to stop wearing my running shoes I went shopping. 20 something shoes later I find these, and then tried 3 more on to be sure. If you're use to super cushioned thick soled shoes this will feel like you're wearing nothing. This shoe is better suited to someone with a normal arch. Another reason I like this shoe, all the others felt odd and had support in them where none was needed. I immediately saw the improvements in my work outs from and better foot alignment while doing squats to breaking PR in box jumps. The color is cool and I get a lot of comments, wish Dick's had them in black so I could hide the box dirt.
