Excellent value This is a terrific buy, especially for the price. At 15 yards, the rifle is accurate within a 1 inch diameter circle for 95% of the shots. I would guess the limiting factor is the quality of the BB as I can do even better with the .177 lead pellet. I also recommend the buyer take the time to learn how to adjust the scope. I was able to get it spot on and it tells me if I'm pulling off the shot or otherwise making a mistake. It's not easy to adjust, but spend the time to get it right. The last thing I like is the variable velocity you get from a pump rifle. With one pump, I can 'shock' a blackbird at 15 yards without injuring it. With two pumps, I can knock the bird on his can, but still not kill it. This is reducing their pirating of my bird feeders. April 13, 2013

Great gun for beginners! I highly reccomend this gun with standard Daisy BB's. I've gotten many squirell, birds and even a rabbit with the 880. Great gun to start with and an awesome tip is to only pump it 8 times. 9/10 pumps = makes the BB's curve as soon as they exit the barrel. Nice gun! March 10, 2013
Love this gun!!! I bought this gun in a package with the targets, ammo and shooting glasses, I could not be happier with this gun!!! The scope was next to impossible for me to sight in so I bought a Tasco RF3-7X20 for like 17 bucks and this thing came alive!!! Never misses its mark anymore! I have not shot any bb's through it as I don't want to screw up the rifling in the barrel, but pellets are more accurate anyway. There are some complaints about the stock feeling cheap and while it is plastic, it seems to be a very good quality plastic. How much wood or metal do you expect to find in a gun at this price point? And besides, this thing is so accurate that construction material is a moot point. I say buy one and then go buy a better scope for it, then destroy whatever you're aiming at, it's that simple!! Good gun I bought this gun yesterday and i like it. The gun is powerful. its only loud if you pump it over 6 times, but if you are just target shooting you need to use 3 pumps. pros:looks cool, powerful,comforable cons: scope is okay but hard to zero in, stock is hollow( i wouldn't mind if it could be used as storage but it can't), you can only put it on safe if the breach is open. Best Buy The Daisy 880 just may be the best pneumatic air rifle that Daisy makes. Its inexpensive, tough as your mother in law and dead nuts accurate. Sure it squeaks and creaks and is light but man can it shoot. Its the kind of rifle you leave behind the door always ready for that shot of opportunity. Its not heirloom quality by any means, but doesn't pretend to be, what it is, is a accurate air rifle that you can teach your children to shoot cheap. You won't be disappointed in it, no buyers remorse here. November 5, 2012
