Best customer service Freddy from the Mechanicsburg, PA Carlisle Pike store shoe department is a rockstar. I came in with a laundry list of issues that he went through with me one by one to find the PERFECT shoe--but in stock was only a color that was NOT me! So he went the extra mile and coordinated an online order of the shoes in MY COLOR to be delivered to my mother's house in record time so that I could take them on the plane with me to my home in the US Virgin Islands. This was epic as we do not have good choices for shopping there and I am looking forward to running in the iconic 8 Tuff Miles race in a few weeks and needed to train for it. Thanks so much Freddy!
