This product has changed my running life The perfect combination of lightweight and good arch support, my knee and hip flexor injuries have greatly subsided, the quality of the shoes have stayed good as new after running many miles on them on a treadmill and outside. This is an excellent running shoe I've been running since 1980... been through a lot of running shoes. I did some nerve damage to one foot four years ago and have recurring pain. Since then I've been looking for a shoe that could really support and cushion the injured area. I really like this pair of Mizuno shoes ... so far, I haven't experienced any pain and I am very very very happy about that! This shoe is comfortable and true to it's size.. mine being 9. Hurt my shins and knees I love the look of these shoes, and the fact that they are lightweight. Unfortunately after just one wear, my shins and knees were hurting. I did use my orthotics with them, but it felt like my heel was laying lower than my toes each time I walked. March 5, 2013
