Rated 4.2 out of 5áby 12 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5áby Great Irons The sole and face look great when placed on the groud which produces confidence at setup. Very forgiving irons that still produce great feel off the face. June 27, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5áby Great for the price! These new irons are great. I was struggling with accuracy however these irons allow better accurate shots. I would recommend these to any intermediate player looking to get better. June 24, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5áby Great clubs! Service was excellent, fast delivery. Very impressed with clubs, very long and accurate. Great buy. June 23, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5áby Incredible irons I tried many irons before purchasing these. The Cobra amp cells were the best fit for me. I couldn't believe the numbers I was getting on the launch monitor. I know they are strong lofted. The 7 I was hitting was close to my old 6 in loft, but I don't hit my 6 like this. Wow! I just shot my first 9 with them and shot a 38 (normally in the low 40's). I just love these irons. Dicks sporting goods was great: The Pro was awesome providing me with tips to my swing and picking out irons. The Pro, the time with the launch monitor, and all the demo irons were invaluable at finding the irons that fit me and my swing best. Lastly, the prices on the irons were extremely competitive. Rated 5 out of 5áby I like em This is my third set of Cobra irons and I am quite please with them. I picked up some distance, maybe 8-10 yards, and they go straight. I have only played 2 rounds so far, so I haven't had them very long, but they seem to be what I like. I got them at a very good price, 5-pw are all I got with my set, and they are all the clubs I use, I don't use a 3 or 4 iron. Like a previous reviewer I am a bit disappointed that I can't buy a wedge at Dick's, so I will have to get my sand wedge from online. And for the one of the other people who reviewed these clubs, I was just wondering why would you get Amp Cell irons if you have AP2s. Seems you are comparing apples and oranges. March 26, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5áby Craftsmanship Lacking I bought these clubs in Oct 2013. I had taken a break from golf and the XP tour Mizuno's I had were worn and in serious need of replacement. I went with the Amp Cells as I wanted a game improvement set so I could fine tune my game after over 8 years away from the game. These clubs have a nice high trajectory and good distance. I live in the Mid-Atlantic region so golf during winter is hit or miss. I have been able to get on the course 5 times since October. These clubs have a nice feel on solid strikes and a lot of vibration on toe hits. I have taken these to the range at least 3 times a week since October and last week I noticed that the backing on my 5 iron was missing. First time I have ever seen anything like this. While this is a little thing, I don't expect this from a set of clubs I invested $500 in not more than 4 months ago. If you don't care whether your new clubs look new then buy these. My advice...find another set of clubs. February 17, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5áby Great irons for the price These are great irons for the price. On average getting 10-15 more yards per club. Look of the club is nice and Dicks Sporting Goods will custom fit you for length, shaft, grips, etc. Highly recommend these irons. July 28, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5áby Excellent irons Hit these irons at a demo day a few weeks ago, along with comporable Callaway, Mizuno, Taylor Made, Nike, Ping irons (same price range, same category) and ended up purchasing these. Liked the Mizuno almost as much, but thought I hit these the best. Excellent distance and control, very forgiving, look nice (I went with silver). Of course these irons won't perform like the Titleist AP2 irons as others have said, seeing as how those run $1,099 and these $699; however, if you're like me (9 handicap) these work very well and it's a tremendously good value for the quality of these irons. They do have a pretty high ball flight compared to others, so I ended up going with a heavier shaft to keep it down as much as possible. May 1, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5áby Unreal Performance Hadn't tried Cobra in a few years. Demoed then and loved them. Talk about forgiveness and distance. And it doesn't look bulky. Love em. April 9, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5áby Great irons for all handicappers! These are priced right in line with most other iron sets in their category. Since they are't "price protected" I was able to use a coupon. Coming from a 15 year old set of graphite irons, I find these easier to hit and the simulator had me 20 yards better. I didn't realize there was that much advancements in club technology, but I guess 15 years is a long time. The only issue currently is a Sandwedge is only available on line with this model. Hopefully, it willl be in stores soon. I wiuld definitely reccomend these irons. April 2, 2013
