Rated 4 out of 5 by J Quality bike, awful assembly This is a great bike and very solid, it should last a long time. My local store didn't stock this bike so I ordered it online and had the store assemble. I think the guy assembled it with his eyes shut. I had to re torque every nut and screw to spec. Some nuts, bolts, washers were mismatched and in wrong places. Even though I basically had to rebuild it, I have my sheet of paper saying they assembled so I didn't void any warranty. May 12, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by NellDVM Room to Grow Santa delivered this bike to my 4 yr old daughter for Christmas. His helper elves at Dick's Sporting Goods were wonderful and they did the assembly. From the reviews I had read assembly appeared to be the most common negative noted by others ( the directions are not very clear) so the bike was delivered right to the store and picked up after it was assembled and there was no additional cost. My daughter is tall for her age so at first I was concerned that she might outgrow a youth bike but the 16 inch is plenty big enough and she should be able to get at least 2 years use with this size. It came with training wheels included, another nice feature so did not have to purchase and attach ourselves. She was very very happy Christmas morning and even was able to take it for a spin. Completely happy so far with this choice for a first 2 wheel bike. December 30, 2013
