Rated 4 out of 5 by Cattman6 Good for mild weather!
I used this tent in August of this year and the set up was easy. I did it myself. No problems. I then used the tent again in late October and we got rain and all stayed dry. We got about four inches of snow and the weight from the snow collapsed the tent and broke the four metal shock corded poles and one of the three way plastic corner pieces. I would not recommend this tent for snowy conditions. Any other type of weather condition it does just fine.

Super Easy Set-Up- color coded poles/sleeves, set up alone in 20 minutes
Super Spacious-We've used for family of 4, Scouts and Mom/daughter.
Second room- great for kid's room or changing room.
Tall-6'4" hubby was upright w/o hunching.
Airy- 90% mesh; afforded air flow in 100+ heat, still warm in -30 weather.
Porch- great for shoes
Zipper catches-zipper on door catches
Widows only open from outside- there really aren't "windows". The entire tent is
mesh with a fly. To vent the tent, the fly zips open from the outside on
sides and back. Unwanted visitors can open these :(
Durability- after several uses I am concerned about the durability of the poles. The
elastic strings seem to be loosening.
Seal the seams.
Use a tarp or you will get wet from dew.
Get some sturdy stakes. The stakes provided are cheap.
Don't stake it too tight or you won't be able to zip the "door" to the second room.

I have a family of five so I needed a bigger tent. We went camping in mid October. When we put it up I was impressed with the size and design. I spent a lot of time looking into tents before purchasing one and was happy with thus purchase, being a very good value. The covered area over the door was of great use and I'm glad I chose this twnt because of it. The size is really nice, we fit two queen sized mattresses and two twins. Also iwas happy, at 6'6, I was able to stand up in it.I would say this is more of a warm weather tent. And you cant open or close the "windows" from inside.I am glad we got this tent and look forward to next year to use it again.

Wife and I both love the tent; the ease of setup, the large divided rooms, and especially the "front porch". It keeps the dirty boots outside away from sleeping gear and the wife happy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Eva Good size
Big tent, easy to set up with color coded poles. With the slope in the back room though it did have a slight leak in a rain storm. Don't try to put 10 people in it though, especially with air mattresses.

This is a nice tent! Fairly easy to set up the first time, now it is easy. This tent is bigger and roomier than expected and has great features.

Rated 4 out of 5 by dctk2007 Spacious Tent With Some Minor Defects
- Very spacious
- Easy set up/take down
- Allows for maximum privacy
- Does not come with a ground cover
- Seams are weak, but a 5$ seam sealer should fix this
- Tent pegs are cheap and flimsy (ended up breaking 4)
We bought this tent for a three day camping trip the day of the trip. Overall this is a great tent, but needs a few improvements. Set up was a little complicated as the directions are kind of short, but with the color coding we had it set up in under 45 minutes. It can easily fit 10 people if you are not using air mattresses. We ended up fitting 5 people in the tent, each with large inflatable air mattresses and it was comfortable. Take down was easy and it held up very well in the rain even though we did not seam seal it. The tent pegs provided are cheap (but then again most are) so I would also recommend buying sturdier tent pegs along with the tent. The bottom is not made of heavy duty nylon so I would HIGHLY recommend buying a tarp or two to use for a ground cover.
