Seems to work well. Definetly easier to apply when warm. If you use wood and aluminum bats, I would have 2 pairs of gloves so you don't muck up the grip on the metal or composite bats.

This stuff is awesome, I use it instead of a bat grip on my maple wood bat and I love it. Also it lasts forever. Even though its cheap, I thought it wouldn't be worth the money, but it lasts at least 2, possibly even 3 seasons. You should definitely buy this stuff.

If only the outside wrapper would peel off as easily as the photos show. The wrapper sticks to the material so the cardboard is hard to pull away. They need a way to revamp this. Once you finally get a portion of the wrapper off it works OK.

I'm a semi-pro baseball player. This has been the #1 grip on my bat for the past 2 seasons and I would recommend this to anyone. It's worth the price, lasts long, and it gives you the grip you need on wood bats and even right above the tape on metal bats.
Try it out!

Rated 5 out of 5 by DanTheManWithThePlan pine tar vs. tiger stick
Pine tar: Tiger stick:
Messy doesn't show on handle
short lasting lasts for about 30-40 at bats before re-applying
feel more pro GREAT for metal
better for wood
not good for metal
Tiger stick is for metal and pine tar is for wood... its your opinion.
