Punching Bag I had a great experience. I was at the Vernon Hills store and the young women who helped was pleasant neatly dressed and well informed. The young man who got the product from the back was pleasant, neatly dressed and said he had been in the Marines for two years. Takes a Beating Good size and can take a beating. It floats around because it is a lighter bag, so that is good if you like to dance around for a better leg workout. I hung it in my basement for the winter. You need to buy a good bracket for the ceiling or wood beam - not included. March 8, 2013
