good bike, good value, son really likes it. had 1 problem when purchased, handle bars were stripped, took it back. they replaced them no problem.

Great Bike!
Excellent bike. Good value and a great buy. The store gave excellent instructions and directions. I am going to return to the store within the 30 day time period to get the additional insurance (product protection).

The bike is great except for a noise that is made when pedaling.
The overall experience in purchasing the bikes (we bought 3) was fantastic. Your sales people were extremely helpful. The ONLY glitch is the problem with the noise when pedaling our son's bike. It is back at Dick's and should be ready in another day.
The store was very helpful with fixing the problem. I will highly recommend Dick's Sporting Goods to anyone who wishes to purchase a bicycle.
