Small pieces get lost Third trip out, the rubber "gasket" the fits between the mount and the barrel of the gun disappeared. For lack of a piece of rubber, I couldn't use the device. The price was good and all the other aspects of the product are great. If you own one or buy one, invest in some silicone or rubber cement to glue the gasket in place. Now I suppose I'll have to find an old inner tube so I can fashion a gasket. April 15, 2013
Not so good for walking around I bought this product to go spring Turkey hunting and it was easy enough to attach to my shotgun with the supplied spacers. Walking around the woods with it was akward though, because it doesn't fold up well while on the gun. It kept falling off, even though I tightened the screws on it as tight as they would go. You also need tools to to put it on tight, so you wouldn't be able to carry it with you then put it on quickly once you got set up. Overall, not very effective, I think just plain old shooting sticks are easier and more user friendly. March 26, 2013
