Great Value This is a heavy knife with a thick blade. It seems to be of quality construction and great value for the price of only $19.99. July 9, 2014
Excellent Value This knife is inexpensive but very sturdy. It is good for every day use as well as emergencies. June 9, 2014
Open and Done! Got this knife because of the glass breaker and the belt cutter! Turns out the belt cutter didn't really work in a test on a real belt. But it's sharper then I've ever expected from taking it out of the case! Perfect for everything! December 28, 2013
The only knife you will need for travel... The 'First Response' knife was everything I thought it would and more. Was impressed with the seatbelt cutter and tool for window punching. I got the knife mainly for my brother-in-law who has a state-wide janitorial business and is on the road a lot. In case of an accident, he wouldn't be trapped in his vehicle, as I have lost a nephew to exactly this type of thing. The knife is too heavy to carry in the pants pocket, which is a good thing. It's more accessible on the belt than in a pocket. Thanks for the freight free shipping. Very much appreciated. Have a Merry Christmas. Sincerely, john... December 14, 2013
Inexpensive but fair Knife has all the features I wanted - a good edge, seatbelt cutter, and a glass breaker. The breaker seems solid but not something I can easily test. I haven't gone through any stress testing but the knife seems good for the dollar. The main reason I wanted to leave a review is because I was quite unhappy with how the blade opens. There is no assisted opening technology that I can see and it is not a smooth transition from the folded position to locked. Once locked it feels secure, but it seems like you really have to jam it in there. I think for the dollar it's a good investment to put in your armrest compartment should you be in a car accident, but I wouldn't trust this to survive hard wear and tear well. June 17, 2013
