Rated 5 out of 5 by Jylira As advertised I went on a 4 day trip in the back country. The day I was leaving to go back home, I had to dump the ice out. I open the cooler three to four times a day and my food and milk stayed cold. October 11, 2016

Rated 5 out of 5 by Callmeal Performed better than expected A six day camping/paddling trip. Filed the 65 with cold food and beverage and 10 lbs of ice. After 5 days. We had a cooler of ice cold water and a few remaining ice cubes. Put in one small bag of ice at the end of day 5 just to get us home. When we unloaded the cooler at home ice was still floating in water and the remaining food was as cold as when I put it in 6 days ago. August 5, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by jimbo13434 Greatly Disappointed First, let me say that I couldn't be more satisfied with Dick's Sporting Goods Customer Service. They handled this matter for me as if they were taking care of a family member. As for Yeti, their so called Customer Service is nothing but a run around. I received the cooler and found that the lid seal was not only leaking air but it was not water tight as well. I contacted Yeti C.S. and first was told that the seal required " a break-in period before it functioned properly". But, they offered to send me a replacement seal for me to install on a brand new cooler. Upon contacting them again and advising them that I paid for a new functioning cooler and had never heard of a gasket/seal requiring a break-in period they responded by saying over the past few years they have switched to a lid seal that is not air tight and again offered to ship me a new seal. I used the cooler over the 4th of July weekend and it sat along side a MUCH cheaper priced Coleman cooler which performed as well, if not better, than this Yeti cooler regarding ice retention. After informing Customer Service at Dick's Sporting Goods of the above, they immediately sent me a pre-paid shipping label to return that cooler and shipped me another Yeti 65 cooler to replace it. I checked the replacement cooler and found that the lid seal on this replacement is relatively air tight (you can feel a slight vacuum break when opening the lid) and this cooler is watertight. I have yet to try it for ice retention etc.for camping but will do so in the next couple of weeks. I don't know how to rate this cooler yet. But I rate Yeti's Customer Service as less than POOR. Thanks Dick's Sporting Goods for your great customer support. July 12, 2016

Rated 5 out of 5 by germond13 Everything I've always expected from a YETI! Everything I've always read about - so happy with this purchase and this great product. Tundra 65 is the perfect size - not too big or small. July 5, 2016

Rated 5 out of 5 by kervball Love the Yeti! We purchased the smaller Yeti (35) and took it back to get one size larger. The thick walls make it so less contents fit, but we took it up north this weekend, and a bag of ice lasted all weekend. The cooler functionality works great, and I'm looking forward to using it on my elk trip, and hope the bear-proof feature works as advertised. It is much heavier than a normal cooler, and no wheels, so plan on two people carrying it any distance if it is full. I would recommend this product to anyone with a need for a need for days of cooler use. May 31, 2016

Rated 5 out of 5 by campergirl Heavy Duty YETI cooler. We can't wait to try it out this Spring. In the pass we use a lot of ice. From all the reviews it sound just like what we need. The packing was excellent using a very strong box was a real plus mainly with something that large. Looking forward to camping. The site was easy and prices great. We would recommend this cooler mainly due to it structure and appearance. Thank You. January 21, 2016
