I have had one of this for 5 years now. good and stable have had it in northern NY salmon and steel and steelhead fishing. Also have packed it on a chater bus (since I am a motor coach driver) on one and two week trips up and down the east sea coast. Handles surf fairly well. only thing is fully assembled it is a little hard to carry any real distance but with a little work they have detachable wheel you can install on the bar behind the seat.

I haven't gotten a chance to use one of these yet since I just saw them today, but I have to say that this is one of the top inventions of the last five years (and yes, that includes cell phones and the Wii!!!). I predict that it works really well in all types of water. It is also probably very light, and the foot rest probably works even better than I think it will--And I think it will work really well! It seems easy to get in and out of, and I doubt it flips over very often, even in rough conditions. I can't say enough about how great this boat likely is. They could charge twice as much and I would still buy one, but I don't have the money yet. If you do, this will be the best investment you could make, no matter how much you use it. Also, get the orange one.

This is a great boat. I use the boat for exercise and enjoying the outdoors. It moves easily through the water. High waves can be a bit of a problem and your feet will get wet. Otherwise you stay pretty dry and I have no complaints.
