Rated 4.2 out of 5 by 14 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by great light weight shoe Have been training for a race, and thought these would be great fort he actual race. They were wonderful. Very light weight, but really don't have any cushion so this shouldn't be for everyday. Wouldn't expect them to last long, but they have been great for the last week for me, and I will use them for some track workouts and race days over the next year. Would highly recommend these. Rated 4 out of 5 by Not bad I liked the shoe but returned them because I wasn't sure it was what I was looking for. I wanted to try minimalist shoes but just felt I needed a shoe with more cushioning for running. February 18, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Most amazing shoes I've ever purchased. The shoe is so Lightweight and comfortable you never think twice about them. First time I have bought this type a shoe, I will not buy any other brand or type. February 11, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Very pleased! So far I have logged in over 75 miles of running in these shoes and I have no complaints. In fact I am seriously considering buyin a few more pairs so that I don't run the risk of them going out of production and me having to go through the annoying task of finding the perfect running shoe again. I do have a few pairs of minimus shoes for hiking etc. and I find that these shoes have a lot more cushioning in the treads than those do, making them ideal for running on pavement. December 17, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Nice style, but.... I tried these shoes on in store but they didn't have the color I wanted so I ordered them. I was impressed at their weight and feel. The problem came when walking or running in them. The right shoe made a loud clicking sound. It was because of the exterior material around the toe box is some sore of flexible plastic. As I would step out with my left foot the material near my right big toe would fold as it should and make a very audible click. The problem persisted at any speed. I have owned many New Balance and haven't had this problem before. It seems like the wrong material to use in the toe box area. December 13, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Abysmal Quality Short Short Version: . DO NOT buy these shoes. The quality is complete garbage. Don't say you weren't warned. Read on for the full story. . Long Version: . Pair #1 suffered a malfunction in the first two weeks. The bottom of the "knobs" of the sole started coming loose and catching on carpet. Honestly it was nearly a trip hazard. Returned them and got a new pair. Figured I just got unlucky and got a bad pair. . Pair #2 began suffering the same problem a month or so after getting them. I just accepted it and moved on since I didn't think I could return them anymore and frankly didn't have the time. But it didn't end there. They are also now tearing along the toe on the right shoe in the "netting". . These shoes got at best medium use with almost no running and mostly walking. My wife has a pair of women's Minimus suffering the same identical problem. Worst. Shoes. Ever. . Seriously, how did these even pass QA? New Balance should be ashamed and so should Dick's for continuing to sell them. Last pair of New Balance shoes we buy in our household. July 29, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by comfort-able..! extrmly lightweight shoe!.. Runs large but keeps toes and front of foot free. Took 2 days to get used to but feel like a pair of socks now. Not a lot of stability..but I wasnt expecting that. Makes you very aware of where your feet are being placed! Well made..great value esp. With the added discount I received from the clerk... Dick's staff was exceedingly helpful!.. Thanks guys..ill be back for another pair soon. July 17, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Saved my shins and feet I love this shoe. As a new runner, I couldn't get through a few miles without aching shins, calves, and the arch of my foot burning. I started trail running and the shoes I had we're just killing my foot. I decided to try a Tough Mudder, when my niece told me the shoes I had were horrendous and took me shopping. I couldn't believe how much lighter and 'hardly-there' these shoes felt. I was skeptical, but the first day running with them I felt like a new man. No pains of any kind (other than the out of shape ones) and afterward, the post burn was non-existent. They survived the Mudder as well and washed clean. The only reason I dropped a star, was I noticed some peeling at the rubber in front, which I fixed with some Sugru. Other than that, I'm waiting for them to drop in price to grab another pair.
