Rated 4.9 out of 5 by 12 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best irons I've hit so far I upgraded to these forged clubs after using the RAZR X Black for the past year. The difference in feel is pretty dramatic for me. You don't have to be a single handicapper to use these clubs, but you do have to have be a pretty good ball striker. If you don't hit balls in the middle of the club face, these clubs will tell you and you will lose some distance. However, that is what I was looking for when I upgraded. Hitting a ball flush with middle of the face gives you the most satisfying feeling and I could also work the ball better with these clubs. Highly recommend. They are somewhat forgiving but not as much as game-improvement irons, but better than pure muscleback blades.. October 25, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great feel and feedback for the better player First off, do not buy if you are a high handicap. You need to be able to strike these irons on the center of the club face consistently to enjoy the benefits of these irons. I am a 4 handicap and I needed an upgrade to a more bladey style of iron so I gave these a try. The feedback and feel of these irons are excellent for a good ball striker. They feel like butter at impact and they will let you know if you just miss one. These aren't like blades in the sense that they are more forgiving but I wouldn't recommend these irons for someone above maybe an 11 handicap. But for the low handicapper, these are a great choice November 22, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Very solid set of irons. These irons are very pleasing to the eye at address. The ball launches off of the face with solid impact. They are somewhat forgiving if impact is off center. Ball flight is very good with all irons and good spin rate. These clubs are at least one club longer than my previous irons. I also really like the project x shafts. I am very pleased with these irons and would recommend them to mid to lower handicap players. September 3, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by There Irons are Great The long irons are very easy to hit and gets the ball in the air nicely. The short irons seem to cut the wind fairly good and they have a consistent trajectory. Recommend these irons to anybody. My old irons were a different big name brand, I like these much better them my old irons. May 21, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by These are NOT "Game Improving" Irons!! These are Great Irons, But They are True Blades never the less! So These are "Better player" Irons. So Try them out first. I finally tried out all the Irons I wanted to on the weekend. And If you hit a bad shot, They're tell you!! September 30, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by I am happy with my purchase Although I ordered them on-line, it was after evaluating them in the store in MIlford CT. June 25, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Piece of work These clubs look and feel great! The weight, feel and look are a must in order to shoot a low score. March 13, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by right on the money I had used regular flex graphite shafts before trying any new clubs. Originally I was looking at the X Hot clubs, I gave them a few swings and the pro handed me this club with the Project X shaft and first swing with the 6 iron was 240 straight as can be. I was sold then and there and took the clubs home with me. I have played a few rounds since and instead of shooting in the mid 80's consistently with my old clubs I am in the high 70's. With a few more rounds of practice and a consistent playing schedule I know these clubs will have me playing even better than now, which is the best I've ever played. April 16, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Can't go wrong! Clubs are smooth like silk. Miss hits still forging for a blade type iron. Wouldn't reccomend these irons for a high handicapper. February 16, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by This is a great club-- depending It is terrific-- but I don't think it would be terrific for everyone. The hardest muscle backed blades to hit consistently are the long irons. Makes sense. These clubs gave me greater consistency and obviously higher ball flight with the 3 and 4 irons. Below that, there was not as great a difference though there was a difference. The feel of these clubs is superior to my blades however, a really terrific ball striker may not feel this. So, to me, if you are a good ball striker and are either interested in moving to blades or a blade player looking for more consistency in the longer irons, this is a really great club. Finally, this club is not very forgiving. It will not launch thin and clunky strikes. I have hit a lot of different irons. I bought these. September 4, 2014
