Quality piece of equipment
This belt is solid and made of quality material. I strapped two 45lb plates and did dips and the belt/chain felt solid and very comfortable. I do think the price could be slightly less but other than that it's a perfect belt/chain

A must for fitness
A good dip belt should be in every athlete's toolbox regardless if they are a pro or just someone serious about getting into shape.This dip belt by Fitness Gear is solidly made and comfortable. I have been using it on a weekly basis since purchasing and my workouts have been more fulfilling because of it.
