Rated 4.1 out of 5 by 14 reviewers.
Rated 1 out of 5 by Brittle This line is completely in useable. It is brittle, and snaps with a good tug. Much less a fish. July 30, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Fishing Line Great Price, great knot strength does exactly what the description states. May 13, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by All Purpose Workhorse This line can be used for several applications. Works great for top-water (the fluorocarbon coating isn't heavy enough to cause a sinking problem), spinner bait, jerk bait, and crank bait are aided by the coating and have added strength. May 7, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great leader I bought this to have as a leader. The fluorocarbon disappears under water. Tied directly to braid and mono using a special Albright knot. Neither has slipped. Caught my biggest 2 bass of my life in the same day with this leader. 7lb and 8lb. Haven't used it as my main line. The fluoro isn't as durable for a main line. I switch a new leader at least every time I go out. But very good line for the price. And a 300 yrd spool with a nice little ban to keep it from coming undone. April 29, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by great for spinning reel Smooth casting durable line knots easily without memory March 4, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by nice line good line seems to work in cold weather seems to have good knot strengh February 25, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by This line is awesome. I do a lot of trolling for trout, hybrid stripers, bass, pike, muskie, and any other species that hits flies and or lures. I was having trouble with big trout breaking my leaders. I tried Hi-Seas 6lb test 100% Co-polymer Fluorocarbon coated line. I have not lost a fish yet! The line is as they say virtually invisible. I know this is true because I tried heavier line in 8lb test mono and the trout would not hit it. The water where I fish is crystal clear, my best day to date is 17 trout, lake trout, browns and rainbows in 4 hours. So if you are looking for a great line, this is it. February 5, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Bill dance doesn't lie re lined my reel the other day to get my first day of fall fishing in , hooked a 24"rainbow in the 7-8lb range, fought it for around 5 full minutes, it made multiple runs and jumps, the line held fast. This line is very durable and hold knots well. I'll be re spooling other reels very soon October 16, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by grand slam flourocarbon Been using this line for this season on a couple of bait casters good So far September 28, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by It's not "virtually invisible"! I bought this line because I fish in some very shallow and clear water and visibility is a concern and according to the product description (on the package) the line is supposed to be "virtually invisible". But it's not. On two occasions I actually saw fishes swimming nearby this line were scared off. If you want invisible lines, go get 100% fluorocarbon, not fluorocarbon "coated" as this one. (Probably I should add that the strength of this line is better than some 100% fluorocarbon lines of the same test I have used before but I guess strength is not a major concern when people choose to use fluorocarbon.)
