Comfortable Running Shoes
These are some of the most wearable pair of shoes that I've owned. They are not too plush for activewear but not so rigid that they are completely uncomfortable. They have the perfect amount of cushioning that add that extra spring to your stride.

running shoe great for plyometrics
i do alot of plyo exercise and this shoe is one of the best i have found with all the jumping in plyo. u need a shoe that protects the balls of your feet and these do the job. would buy another pair excellent pair of shoes
