Rated 4 out of 5 by Good quality but too expensive. I took my for a backpacking trip on the A.T it works as is supposed to, but I bought the same model for 10 dollars shipper in a different store for my son. September 22, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Did everything I needed Purchased for a backpacking trip. This was the only pot we brought for 4 people and it worked well. We ate a lot of freeze dried - just add boiling water meals which require between 1.5-2 cups per bag. When they required 1.5 (3 cups total), I was able to boil enough for both at the same time. If the bag called for 2 cups each (4 cups total), I had to boil them separately which was kind of a bummer. I guess it was just slightly undersized for 4 people cooking but would be perfect for 2. I was pleased with how well the handle stayed cool despite cooking with an open flame bigger than the diameter of the pot. It also was very helpful that it had the half cup markings in it. I only needed one cup so I pulled out the other and put my fork and spoon that I purchased seperately. It was a little tough finding utensils that fit but once I did, it was a perfect self contained meal set. We mostly boiled water so don't think you are going to go gourmet with this pot but it did a great job doing what I asked of it. August 11, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Nice Worked well and packed light. I like that it is dishwasher safe. July 21, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by Pretty good This is a good product but it couldc be better. The plastic tab on the lid melts I feel its fairly obvious that it should have been a metal loop. The locking handle is a nice touch but I feel with a bit more thought it could be a stay cool handle so you dont need a glove or rag to handle it. The cups are really nice they are thick enough that no matter how how the coffee or tea you can still hold the cup with no issues. June 9, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great for the price It's nothing special but the quality of the product is good and it is very adequate for the backpacker who is limited on space. Throw your utensils inside with the cups and you're good to go with your meals. January 28, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Solid Works like it should. Handle does get a little hot if you are boiling a full container, but cools within a couple minutes. August 12, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by No cups Bought it at the store, went camping the first time and realized the cups were missing. Big disappointment. August 12, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by best camping cookware decision I made This was awesome. Small size and light metal ensured very fast heat up both in the campfire pit and on a gas burner. Caveat: the handle on the lid is plastic and will melt in high heat situations. Cups were useful as well. July 15, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good product Seems to be quality. Used for a 5 day hiking trip on the Appalachian Trail with my son. Was a bit small for two people as most things we were cooking needed boiling water to dehydrate food. The two cup thing made me forget my larger need. Holds three cups of water. Deepness made it a little hard to clean. Overall I would say this is quality. I would recommend for one person though. June 25, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good value. Works we'll. I like the plastic cups, does not burn my lips. November 1, 2013
