Product Information:

This combo set combines the high Moment of Inertia (MOI), longer distance hybrids with the low Center of Gravity (CG) and accurate Black Dot irons. The PING G25 Black Dot Hybrid/Irons offer both forgiveness and playability - really, the complete package for players seeking adjustability through the Custom Tuning Port (CTP) and even distance gapping through progressive sole width design throughout the set.

  • Progressive Center of Gravity (CG) positions
  • CG position is lower and farther back in the lower-lofted hybrids - progresses slightly forward within the higher lofts to minimize spin and prevent ballooning (common in higher-lofted hybrids)
  • External Sole Weighting for a high Moment of Inertia (MOI) and greater distance
  • Sole Relief allows players to make solid contact from any lie
  • Large Hitting Surface promotes forgiveness and high ball speed
  • Squared-up toe and heel improves consistency and allows for easy alignment
  • Traditionally shaped, 17-4 stainless steel head
  • Charcoal, non-glare matte finish
  • Re-engineered Custom Tuning Port (CTP) and an elastomer cavity badge for improved feel
  • Progressive sole widths throughout the set to promote forgiveness from the long irons and accuracy from the short irons
  • Sleek profile for an appealing look and confidence at approach
  • Long-iron forgiveness, short-iron control
  • Stabilizing bars for distance control
  • 17-4 stainless steel w/elastomer cavity badge

Customer Reviews:

Rated 5 out of 5 by 2 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by The Best so far Played with Mizuno MX 200 irons and MX 700 hybrids for a few years. Needed a little more forgiveness but didn't want to lose the forged feel. These irons are the closest you will find to forged. Quality shots time and time again. Hybrids are light, great out of the rough and land softly on the green just like the irons. Fitted for yellow dot. Very happy with the purchase and now look forward to change up the woods and driver. Play off a 13 handicap and play 100-120 rounds per year. July 30, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by I cannot imagine a better club (for me, at least) Took the entire set to the golf dome today, and I am not exaggerating when I say that every club I hit was the best version of that club I have ever hit. Career shots all day long, with range balls nonetheless! The only way I am "upgrading" from these clubs is if I get so good I decide to go with blade irons. I am a surgeon and these are my scalpels.
