Eureka! Copper River 30░ Sleeping Bag 9 9
Warm but snug I am 5'3 126lbs this sleeping bag kept me very warm in -30/-40 degree temps but it was a tight fit for me. I will be passing it on to my teenager & purchasing myself a new bag that is either bigger or not a mummy style. April 29, 2014
GOOD value for my dollar Experienced 4 season camper who has been comfortable in sub- freezing temps. Now needing a moderate 3 season bag. This bag exceeds my expectaions. Yes, it is snug when zipped up, but that helps keep the bag warm when it counts. The zipper has dual sliders and can be vented. The bag can adapt nicely to temps encounted. I added paracord loops to each zipper slidder to make it easier to use. The bad has a good foot "box", draft tube and hood. It will ride in the bottom compartment of my pack without the compression stuff sack. That gives me a compression sack for other uses (bonus). I have owned two Eureka! Tents and am happy to know the "name" still offers quality products. I have a variety of items purchased from Dick's and am pleased with staff, products, price and performance. February 12, 2014
Wonderful sleeping bag My Grandson camps a lot so I bought this for him for Christmas. He loves it. January 10, 2014
GREAT SLEEPING BAG GOT THIS FOR MY 15 YEAR OLD GRANDSON FOR CHRISTMAS AND HE LOVES IT.. MY SON IN LAW AND DAUGHTER IN LAW EACH HAVE ONE OF THESE...THEY SAY THEY ARE VERY WARM AND THEY USED THEM IN 22 DEGREE WEATHER AT THANKSGIVING AND WERE WARM...THEY SAY THEY PUT THEIR OUTER CLOTHES IN THE BOTTOM OF THE BAG ( THEY ARE BOTH SORTA SHORT) AND IT KEEPS THEIR FEET TOASTY WARM AND THE CLOTHES ARE WARM TO PUT ON THEIR BODIES NEXT MORNING. THEY LIKE THE FLANNEL HOOD PART TOO.AND THE FACT THAT IT ROLLS UP EASILY AND SMALL ENOUGH TO GO BACK INTO BAG. GOOD BUY FOR THE PRICE . December 31, 2013
Like it alot. Loved the fleece head section. Inside pocket was nice. Price was very nice. July 30, 2013
This product is a good value for the price Very good sleeping bag, wraps up easily. Comfortable and easy to clean. July 9, 2013
Great value Decent sleeping bag for the price. It is simple and very comfortable. I haven't tested it in cold weather but it appears much as any 3 season sleeping bag. The zippers snag easily, but no complaints otherwise. Great value for an adventurous family. June 25, 2013
Nice Bag! I purchased this bag for a weekend trip to the lake. I have been using my fathers Peak1 bag for years but since we were both going on this trip I needed a bag of my own. The temp was in the low to mid 30's both nights of our stay. I was very impressed with my new bag. First, the "included" stuff sack was very nice and a quality item. It has straps that cross over the opening to insure the bag is nice and tight. Next the bag...I really liked it. I am 5' 11" and 160 lbs and had plent of room in it. The zipper worked fine and seems like it will last. I really like the fleece liner in the hood portion of the bag. It was warm and soft. The bag kept me warm all night and packed up easily and compact at the end of the trip. This bag is comprable to the Peak1 bag I have been using at a FRACTION of the cost. Plus I got it on sale which is great. As for durability I can't say, but it seems like it will last me a while. I am thinking of buying my wife one just like. April 24, 2013
Snug as a Bug My son used this bag on his first scout camping trip. The air temperature that night was just under 30 and he had no complaints of being cold. The ony downside i can see at this point is the bag does not have any openings at the feet for those nights that might be a little warmer. Then again, we could have gotten that option for a lot more money. March 19, 2013
