Comfy, buy a size lower. Very comfortable. The girls stayed in place (34D) but I typcially buy a size L but decided on a Medium in this style because the fabric is quite stretchy. I would suggest buying one size lower than you would normally. April 20, 2013

Good bra This bra is great for lighter workouts. Intense runs...not so much. I bought it because it had the added support of the pads and adjustable back hooks combined with the comfort of a light weight bra. I've used it hiking, jogging, doing yoga and for my fast-paced Intensity workouts. So far my only complaint is that the pads move and get crinkled when washed. I wish they were sewn in so I didn't have to worry about them. A girl's gotta wash her bras! April 16, 2013
