Does not measure up I have an Adams Idea 5 hybrid. Love it. This model has issues. First the sweet spot is nearly impossible to find and when you do it sounds like boxing gloves colliding. It has little forgiveness. Most shots travel low with a slight hook or fade. Hard to correct. And the shaft and head visually look thin and light creating a bad feeling about performance. I returned it. May 13, 2013

Slashing Strokes Two words: ba-nanas. But seriously, this Adams Tech V3-R hybrid club is phenomenal. Graphite shaft is sturdy yet light providing a comfortable club-feel from backswing to follow through. Balanced and versatile, the V3-R provides rescue utlilty, but is great off the tee or in the middle of the fairway. Hard to beat at this price and for the results on the scorecard. Nicely done.
