Rated 4 out of 5 by First check out of the box = good! Light is bright; great for looking around under the hood of the car--plenty of light without blinding. I would have liked the downward angle to be a bit better for doing up-close work/zero angle, but the area of light is broad enough that it is probably more perception of a problem than reality. Size is great for tossing in a car kit or compartment or a pack. I fumbled putting it on and it fell to the concrete floor and didn't break, so at least it isn't completely fragile. January 12, 2017
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great light for the price I got this for my 8 year old for duck season. I have the older version and it was so bright I let him wear mine setting up the spread. It is twice as bright as the old Old one from 5 years ago and the price does not break the bank. The low light red LED setting is great when you need light but don't want to wake the neighbors! Rated 1 out of 5 by HEADLIGHT NOT WORKING 100% The headlight was a gift. Unfortunately one of the lights was not working. The recipient lives in another town. It was an inconvenience for them to return it. It was a disappointment to me since it was a gift for a young person in the family. January 19, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by GARBAGE. Major Battery Eater and wills strand you in the backwoods First the good... it's bright. Now the rest.. I'd say the batteries last about an hour...maybe 2 and if you are an outdoorsman and counting on this to get you in AND out of the woods you better bring a pocket full of batteries and a spare flashlight. My light is good for maybe two days then it dies. Next problem the button to turn it on or dim is hard to find especially with gloved hands, then difficult to press. My cheap Eveready that I bought for house use at my local hardware store is a better deal... not as bright but cost about $30 less. I had a different brand that was gifted to me years ago that finally broke and it was bright enough and lasted almost the entire hunting season on one set of batteries. December 13, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Handy headlight If you need a Bright light, this is one to get. I believe if I was to put this on my head, stand on the seashore and spin in circles I could be a living lighthouse?? November 22, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good light for the price. This is a good little light. I like the long battery life. I wish the switch was a bit more intuitive and the method of attaching the light to the headband was a bit more robust. It has become unhooked twice in two weeks. November 12, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Good enough The "click through" option could be good from a design standpoint, but it is not perfect it took a while to get it down and even still, there times it won't turn on at all as if the batteries are low. The hi be a is bright and the adjustable mid beam is pretty cool, too. I haven't had a headlamp in 15 years, so going to LED was a nice step. I'd be interested to try others, but overall I think this one will suffice. November 2, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love this headlight!! I live in a rural area where street lights are spaced over 1 mile apart. The Vizz headlight is comfortable to wear and the beam that is emitted from the lamp is bright enough to see anything in/on the road and off to the sides as well. Although the price seemed high when I first purchased the headlight, it is well worth the money in terms of the visibility it gives, the comfort of wear, and not to mention the safety factor when running down dark country roads. I would recommend this headlight to anyone who runs/walks/or spends any amount of time outdoors after dark. This has been a great addition to my running gear. October 31, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Decent light This is a good light. I use it for hunting and it performs well, but could be a little brighter for the price. My hunting buddy bought a different light the same day from another store and his seems brighter and was about $20 cheaper. But, without seeing the other one at the same time I would have thought this one was great. Tracked easily in the woods at night. I have used all three light modes and they all worked well. I would still recommend this light to my friends. October 16, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Thumbs up! This is an excellent head lamp. The bright spot light is super bright. I also like the tilting capacity of the lamp itself. October 9, 2014
