Rated 5 out of 5 by Gary I love it This pack holds a ton of stuff. The bottom straps didn't seem long enough to wrap around my tent and sleeping pad, until i figured out to undo them from the loops they were wound through, then everything fit perfect. I can fit a 3 liter hydration pack in the internal pocket no problem, and still have plenty of room for everything else i need. Also really love the top compartments, ideal for small loose stuff you need to keep dry. Great level of adjustment to it, can really customize its fit. Rode great, no slippage. April 13, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Lonestarcamper Did Not Disappoint We (16 yr. old son) did a lot of research (REI, Osprey, Academy, Bass Pro, etc.) before buying this pack in hopes of a Philmont trip soon (S/M 83L size). The value cannot be beat. Used it last weekend for a 2 day camp out to E Rock as a test. Performed well, but bottom straps could have a bit more capacity (length). Buckles stay clipped, plenty of room (though it was not completely filled) and weighed in at 61 lbs. Rode comfortably and items stayed put. Side pocket design is a real bonus. February 2, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by dundee69 Great size and compartments Looked at this pack for months last year and got it from girlfriend Christmas '13. Put it to good use soon this March on App. Trail and was totally pleased. After some minor adjustments used it many more section hikes on A.T. Love all the pockets and the pack can handle supplies for long treks, winter treks, and not too big for a 2 or 3 day trek. My hiking buddies were so impressed, they updated their packs to one similar. I love this pack so much that I always keep it in tent with me. And I promise you will love it too. December 12, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by BMT Great Pack Lots of adjustable things, very comfortable pack. Seems durable, lots of space. My only complaint is that the side pockets have too small of a gap to slide a tent or pad between. So you either can keep the side pockets empty and use the strechy pouches and side straps, or use your side pockets and go without a pad or tent.... August 30, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Emmentaler Very pleased Headed to Philmont Boy Scout ranch for 10 days of hiking this summer. Needed a decent larger pack that did not break the bank. Read reviews, evaluated packs at REI, Dicks, and Academy and settled on this RedCloud 90L Kelty model for $219. Waited for a Dicks special sale with free s/h and $35 off orders above $199. Ordered online and received pack in 2 or 3 days. This weekend hiked 25 miles with 3 overnights and 47lbs. of gear/food. Pros: Pack large enough for everything-- High quality construction, features and comfort all excellent. Many thought that this was a military pack (because of tan color and styling). Cons: Sizing-- I ordered Large size and it really was borderline too big given I wanted most of the load on my hips. After adjusting it to the lowest setting (17.5") it was perfect. Too large however for my son to use. If I had to do it again, I would have had someone properly measure my back and purchased the 90L (s-m) size since that would fit both me and son. Color option-- it seemed like Dick's only carried this pack in one color (tan) but other retailers had different colors that seemed more appealing on-line. In the end, I really like the Tan color so not really a con. May 29, 2013
