Rated 5 out of 5 by Anwser to Spiker99's question I have played volleyball for 5 almost 6 years. The only brand I have worn is Mizuno. Shoes, kneepads, and spandexs. The diffrence between crosstraining and volleyball shoes are that volleyball shoes are specifically designed for playing on a court. They are targeted in specific spots that are needed most for volleyball. I hope this has helped. And Mizuno is totally the way to go, in my opinion! July 30, 2013
