Estwing Fireside Friend Wood Splitting Tool 4.3 5 3 3
bought for camping Have not gone camping yet to use this yet, my husband picked this out. August 26, 2014
A bit heavy and somewhat soft Nice piece of equipment, though I think a 3-pound unit would be more useful than this four-pounder. Also, the steel seems somewhat soft. After one trip with some overzealous cub scouts, mine is already showing nicks and wear. July 17, 2014
Estwing log splitter is TOUGH This handled log splitter is one tough device. made from all cast steel with runner Estwing handle it is easy to use & size allows it to be stored almost anywhere. The only bad thing is the cost, it was $15.00 cheaper at Home Depot, but they didn't have this item in stock on the shelves when I went looking for it. July 19, 2013
